Bobby Brewers was a renowned franchise brand at that time. This marked his first foray into the culinary industry, approaching it with a mindset of learning on the job, gaining experience, and forging his own path.<\/p>\n

Two years later, when the premises were transferred, instead of continuing the old model, he chose to restart. This time, he had a clearer direction: to embrace Vietnamese culinary culture and meet the needs of local diners, especially the office worker segment.<\/p>\n

“I didn’t dream big when I started. I just hoped for a place that cooked Vietnamese food sincerely, in a familiar enough space where anyone could sit back and relax as if they were at home,” said CEO Danh Tr\u1ea7n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In September 2011, the first Qu\u00e1n B\u1ee5i officially opened on a small street in the T\u00e2n \u0110\u1ecbnh area of District 1, a place once playfully called “Little Hollywood” by filmmakers. Initially, the restaurant served office lunch set menus, a very popular format at cafes back then. However, after a period of operation, this model gradually shifted to an \u00e0 la carte menu, and officially gave birth to Qu\u00e1n B\u1ee5i Original<\/strong> on Ng\u00f4 V\u0103n N\u0103m Street in May 2013\u2014a place many loyal patrons still frequent today.<\/p>\n

Amidst the rapid growth of fast-food models in Vietnam, Anh Danh<\/strong> remained steadfast on his unique path: preserving the spirit of a heartfelt Vietnamese meal cooked with passion, in a cozy, home-like atmosphere.<\/p>\n
