Beyond the rich, flavorful Vietnamese meals we serve, people know that Quán Bụi Group also offers a special kind of “soul food” not just for our guests, but for everyone who walks through our doors and wants to take a piece of our story home. It’s called the Quán Bụi Journal, an internal publication that has quietly journeyed with our team since 2016.
The very first issue began humbly: handwritten stories, little anecdotes collected from different branches, staff reflections, restaurant openings, and internal events. I wrote the stories myself, and Tài Đào a long-time photographer companion brought them to life through heartfelt layouts and soulful design in those early issues.

The Journal is not just an internal newsletter, it is a collective diary. A memory book. A vessel that holds the spirit, values, and heart of Quán Bụi, from our first steps to our journey into the world.
Our Issue No. 9 will publish soon, with a fresh look, a new flatform to share, but the same honest, grounded spirit that defines the Quán Bụi Group Family.
