I. CONDITIONS OF USE
Customers must present the Quán Bụi Group VIP Card when coming to the restaurant to dine in to enjoy the promotion.
Presenting the Card with a photo is NOT accepted.
NOT applicable to customers who forget to bring their card.
The Card is only valid for the Card holder. Card transfer or lending is NOT allowed in any form. The restaurant has the right to reserve, suspend or terminate VIP Card benefits if it determines that the customer is fraudulent.
NOT applicable concurrently with other promotions.
NOT applicable on holidays and New Year: New Year, Lunar New Year, Valentine’s Day, Vietnamese Doctor’s Day, International Women’s Day, International Happiness, Earth Day, Buddha’s Birthday, Hung King’s Anniversary , April 30, Labor Day, May 19, International Children’s Day, Dragon Boat Festival, Vietnamese Family Day, Vu Lan Festival, National Day, Mid-Autumn Festival, Vietnamese Businessman’s Day, Vietnamese Women, Vietnamese Teachers’ Day, Christmas.
NOT applicable to customers using set menu.
NOT applicable via online ordering, only applicable when customers come to dine directly at the restaurant.
Customers who own VIP Cards have the right to adjust information or terminate membership of Quan Bui Group. After the customer requests to cancel the Card, he/she will not be able to receive all benefits and cannot restore it.
The card is only issued once upon registration. In case the customer loses/damages the card, the customer must notify Quan Bui’s Support Team to have it reissued. However, because the number of Quan Bui Group VIP cards issued is limited, customers must wait until the next round of card issuance when there is notice from Quan Bui.
In case of dispute, all decisions belong to Quan Bui.
II. MEMBER COMMITMENT
By using Quán Bụi Group VIP Card, You represent and warrant that:
You only create one account; All registration information You submit will be accurate, truthful, current and complete; You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary; You have legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms; You will maintain the security of your account by not sharing your VIP Card with others; You will promptly notify Quan Bui if You discover or suspect any violation related to Your VIP Card; and are responsible for all activities that occur under Your account and accept all risks of unauthorized use of the Card.
You have the right to adjust information or terminate use of Quán Bụi Group VIP Card. After you request to cancel the card, you will not be able to receive all incentives from the Quan Bui system and will not be able to restore it.
If You provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Quán Bụi Group may suspend or terminate any current or future Your VIP Card benefits.
You agree that Quán Bụi Group has the right to immediately block, delete user accounts and names or remove or destroy any content without notice or liability to other users or third parties. In case You:
– Violation of terms of use;
– There are acts that violate prohibitions and are illegal;
– Committing acts that harm other members, the rights and interests of Quán Bụi Group. Using Quán Bụi Group VIP Card for any illegal purpose can be reported to the competent State Agency without prior notice to members.
Members can request to delete their Account by notifying Quan Bui. Notwithstanding such account deletion, the member remains responsible and liable for any uncompleted transactions (incurring before or after the account is deleted) or shipment of goods. Then, in accordance with these Terms of Service, the Member must contact Quan Bui after completing any outstanding transactions. Quan Bui assumes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any loss arising from any action taken in connection with this section.
III. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
1. For You
a. Your Rights
You have full discretion to use Quán Bụi Group VIP Card.
When you come to dine at the Quán Bụi Group restaurant system and present your VIP card, you will receive a 10% discount on your food bill (excluding drinks, excluding 8% VAT and 5% service charge).
You have the right to contact Quán Bụi Group for advice on services as well as complain to the Customer Care department if any errors occur during the use of Quan Bui Group VIP Card.
Your personal information is protected according to Customer Information Security and amendments and supplements to the regulations from time to time.
You have the right to request Quán Bụi Group to resolve your questions or complaints or seek the intervention of a competent state agency to resolve disputes (if any) to protect your legitimate rights and interests.
Have the right to stop using Quán Bụi Group VIP Card at any time according to usage needs; or do not agree with any usage policy issued by Quán Bụi Group regarding the use of VIP Cards; or other reasonable reason.
b. Your Responsibilities
Protect and be responsible for personal information during the use of Quán Bụi Group VIP card.
Do not share VIP Card information with others, do not lend your account to others, or share an account.
Comply with current Vietnamese laws, regulations of Quán Bụi Group as well as those of relevant third parties.
You must be responsible for all transactions related to Quán Bụi Group VIP card within the scope of your management and decisions. Quán Bụi Group will not be responsible for refunding transactions arising due to mistake or error from You.
Support the provision of honest, complete information and evidence requested from Quan Bui’s processing representative to serve the process of resolving questions and complaints related to VIP cards or other related requests. relate to.
2. For Quán Bụi Group
a. Responsibilities of Quán Bụi Group
Provide incentives for opening and using Quán Bụi Group VIP Card for You.
Update Quán Bụi Group VIP Card account information for you.
Quickly support, check and resolve questions and complaints from You within the scope allowed by law.
Do not disclose information about Quán Bụi Group VIP Card to the outside world.
Quán Bụi Group is responsible for providing investigative agencies with information about your account and payment history in case of detecting signs of fraud or violating the law.
Reserve the Quan Bui Group VIP Card Account in cases of temporary locking or converting or upgrading the system for the purpose of completing, developing, improving or upgrading the system related to the Quan Bui Group VIP Card; Or upon Your reasonable request; Or at the request of a competent state agency; or other cases according to Quan Bui Group VIP Card usage policy.
b. Rights of Quan Bui
Have the right to refuse to provide VIP card services or incentives to you in case you detect signs of violating the law according to current Vietnamese laws or contrary to the regulations on using the card. VIP Quan Bui Group.

Quán Bụi Group reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms at any time and for any reason. We will notify you about any changes by updating the Last Updated Date of these Terms, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes and modifications in any revised Terms by your continued use of the Quán Bụi Group VIP Card after the date such revised Terms are updated.
